We're celebrating Women's History month in a big way yet I look around and see Lisa, Melissa, Katie, Liz, Sarah, Carrie, Neva and now Tracy leave. So far everyone who has left has been replaced by a man. GVR talks a good game and says love ,celebrate and belong but numbers don't lie. We were better when we talked less and did more. Our senior role models are gone. What is the Female Future Here? Stop the PR game!
