A lot of people have applied for voluntary program. The package was better this time.
They kept some people on special skills list because they company really needs them for ongoing projects.
But those people also wanted to leave voluntarily.
If this company is to be a serious player in renewable energy then it needs to keep its best people not the guys who are popular or who s— up
Some have signed up and the ones that leave will find work easily, there are many high quality people who will be lost

False! There are quite a few in supply chain who have signed up for it.
There wouldn’t be all these layoffs if aberdeen kept hold of the drilling work instead of losing it all
