Everybody should know by now that anybody who wants to build a career will not be able to do that here. The positive thing is that at this time, IBM still looks really good on your resume. The way things have been going lately, that might not be the case in a few years. Now is the perfect time to use the leverage of the company's still respected name to get a new job, before it's too late.
