Losing hours

As for selling carepass, it creates a huge and unbearable stress for me, but I still haven’t lost hours because of it. Someone here said that they lose hours for not selling carepass. How many of you are in that situation of losing hours?
This company is really becoming a joke. If that carepass was the only thing creating pressure I wouldn't complain, but no, increasing stress is coming from all sides.

While over the long term not selling Carepass will hurt Conta A and therefore your available profit to fund payroll, the more immediate threat would be that the MORE Carepass customers you have will result in less payroll. While the $5 per month you gain goes directly to the bottom line, the $10 that comes off each transaction each month reduces the top line sales, those same top line sales that drive payroll demand. Carepass is a store coupon and store coupons are SALES REDUCING. So essentially, if every one of your customers spent exactly $10 per month in your store and they were 100% all Carepass customer you would have zero FS sales for the month.

Has anyone noticed that every week your demand has gone down from previous week for the last 2 months?

Carepass has nothing to do with hours. We run front store with one person everyday. Anywhere from 6 to 8 hours. Their going way overboard with cutting hours and now were being told their going to start firing for not making carepass quota. The whole thing is such a joke !!!!

I kid you not our demand was 134 hours in November. I am down to 80 now! Which boils down to 12 tech hours. I did 160 today with 4 hours of tech.
