It's national with the small groups, all of it transferring to telesales and regional teams of account managers to help out with 12 approximately per region.

Its true. The 0-50 market is moving to the inside sales team (telesales). The rest (51-5000) is being consolidated into key accounts. Duplicate manager roles and account management affected.

I can confirm. Small Business in my market is toast. Moving AEs to Tele-sales.

What do you believe the changes to be. Consolidation of Health Plans? You could get rid of a number if high paid CEOs and Sales VPs that way. Moving both and forth between local and regional management seems to happen very 5-7 years.

They had issues for yrs. Leadership changes likely along with realignment layoffs
