Does anyone have a feeling that customers are leaving in huge numbers? This might be subjective but I have a feeling that everyone is going to competitors.
I am no longer particularly interested in the future of this company, because I as an individual cannot change anything, although I feel sorry for the people who depend on the work here.
Still, would it be interesting for me to see statistics on how many clients we’ve lost lately? I’m not even sure anymore how capable is this company to retain or attract new customers?

When I worked there the loss in one particular product line was over 2k a month. For a few years. Understand not all left because of disgustt ..some from closures and mergers but that would have been 5% or less their products are all outdated and the companies who's components they used are sunsetted. . They purchased other companies sunsetted products to prop up the exodus...aka hide. They are stuck in the failure cycle believing countells useless hours into looking at customer support numbers will magically save them. Non software people in software leadership positions. Good luck and hope you find something else.
