A hear quite a few of my colleagues discussing how they want to leave BUT they are waiting on a package. Personally I am not waiting. I’m looking and as soon as I land something I’m out. Having a package would be nice but for me it’s not worth the stress and anxiety of having to work in a toxic environment.

No more package. The environment was deliberately made sh–ty so that the employees will vote with their feet.
No need for a package. Quickly reach target with 8% a year PIP and making people so overloaded and miserable they vote themselves out the door.
The only package coming might be the golden parachute for DW and his golden boys.
For the rest of us, it’s the boot of the ranking game of favorites.
8% again.
I’m not waiting for any more incentives. They have given me all the reasons to own my destiny. As soon as I get an offer, i’m ghosting.
They eventually figure out I’m gone.
Define LOW PERFORMERS. Were they set up to fail? Did they not join your political group? Did they start questioning your actions and suddenly you felt the need to get rid of them or cast them as a LOW PERFORMER? Look in the mirror.
I am surprised people think there will be another package. With so many people resigning voluntarily I would be surprised to see one offered.
I hope you mean that DW and his gang of low performer cheerleaders must be axed too, right?
What would you know about it?
Good riddance to anyone waiting on a package! Reading the complaints from entitled “employees” on this forum reinforces the need for a meritocracy founded assessment system!
Good strategy, find yourself a new job and leave. If oil prices stay up you may be waiting for years for another layoff and if it does happen the meager packages they offer won't be worth waiting for anyway.
Package is in DWs pocket and it is for him not for poor employees.
WE shareholders do not want to pay people to leave. FIRE ALL LOW PERFORMERS NOW
Don't wait for the package. Leaving on your own terms with a new job and steady income is better than any package. If you do get a new job, don't put in notice in case you get the package before you start your new job. In that case, you will end up with both!
Praise to Bejeeeezus! DW thinks the same, just praying it’ll all get better. Divine intervention is the way!
