While not at the 99% level you left out those with Intermittent Explosive Disorder. I turned on a TV the other day to find an animation for elementary school children to use five steps to wash their hands which more than many senior staff can grasp and when they can’t get it (“you have to turn the water on BEFORE you rinse your hands” is met with “WHY ARE YOU MAKING THIS SO COMPLICATED?”) the resulting profane screaming and flying objects were far less than professional and yet a fairly common occurrence. Since it is seen as a leadership skill it results in promotions rather than punishment despite the fact they are not as smart as a fifth grader.

Technically a serial k–ler would be defined a sociopath. Psychopaths are non-violent master manipulators without any empathy.

This post is complete BS while I don't support Cisco leadership they are the farthest thing from psychopaths. Having worked as a prison guard in a super max prison to help pay off bills in my younger years I've seen psychopaths. They don't lay people off. They eat them. Knew a serial k–ler who murdered 17 people and acted like he did nothing wrong. Those are psychopaths. Cisco leadership is just worthless individuals
