There’s only so much we can do

There is absolutely nothing I can do about the workload forced upon me. Management seems to treat us as if we’re robots and not human beings who have a limit on how fast we can work or how much stress we can take. After months of this it’s taken its toll on me mentally, emotionally and physically. A job shouldn’t be able to do that - but it does. I’ve finally had enough of it and I’m not doing more than what I am capable of. If that’s not good enough then that’s okay with me. My wellbeing is more important to me and if I get axed in the future I will welcome it. I’ve already started looking for other opportunities to get out.

And in town halls they acknowledge we are short staffed but yet the only what they seem to know how to cut coats is by not hiring. Soon it's going to affect client happiness and they'll have no other option. Just do the minimum since that's what we get in return.

They don't promote the idea of doing a job in a easier way ,a smarter way . That increases the job of the risk team . How are we going to evolve ? Now that we finally have the resources and technology to make a job faster most people are either not smart enough or too afraid to make the transition.
