Fire them and replace with inexpensive “class-of” employee’s. This goes both for sales and tech sales.
LOL. Yeah, get rid of all the expensive ATs. Replace them with "class-of" and send the noobs through 2 months of "boot camp" like we did in the tech org. That should do enough to make them just as useless as they would have been anyway. I mean, who needs hard experience in order to sell to a bunch of stoopid biz customers!?!?
And don’t waste any money on training. Throw them off the dock and see if they swim!
Fire them and replace with inexpensive “class-of” employee’s. This goes both for sales and tech sales. Now that we have gained a major foothold in the SAAS space we can start to make things more efficient and cost-effective.
The line that Grady Seasons says in The Color of Money comes to mind:
""It's like a nightmare, isn't it? It just keeps getting worse and worse"
Majors is having a pretty good year all things considered.
Majors hasn't pulled their weight in years. Not surprising.
I am an OD rep alligned to majors field reps. I can confirm I provide very little value to them.
I can see this hitting OD / ASRs because they don't really do anythingng, but ASMs? Nah, they'll be fine
Cloud applications? If that’s what you’re saying.....that’s comical.
Other teams impacted?
