I personally don’t have that feeling, I’ve always been under pressure here, but my colleagues are constantly talking about being suddenly exposed to unnecessary extra pressure and micromanagement, as if there’s some hidden agenda to drive as many people away without giving them layoff. That wouldn’t surprise me at all.
