Even though this was a take over of a pile of useless husky leaders, the combination of the two companies is going to be the slowest train wreck in history. Way too many egos and self professed ultimate leaders involved to have what all employees want.... a smooth profitable company. Not going to happen.... this will flop soon! Too many self proclaimed leaders!
Alex has betrayed every Cenovus employee. No one will ever trust him again. Anything he says is first viewed as untried until proven otherwise.
The only CEO in the history of the Alberta oil patch that buys a company and then turfs most of his own trusted and loyal employees to make way for a bunch of husky dogs that drove their own company into the ground!!!
And yet he feels no remorse to inflict that same pain on others.
