Everyone is talking about how their lives got meaningful after they left Hertz, how being laid off was the best thing that happened to them, how they finally got a relief, the greater benefits they deserve, and so on.
Doesn't that sound a little exaggerated to you? It looks like Hertz is the worst of all companies. I agree that there are many better ones, but generalizations really bother me. It can’t be that everyone is happier when they leave here, it’s just not realistic.
You don’t realize how bad it is there until you leave.
I almost immediately knew that I made a wrong turn in my Career when I joined Hertz.
Some people stay and try to make it work against their better judgment.
I don’t know about how it was during the golden years at Hertz but the last 10 has been anything goes!
The good old days are gone. Now it’s simply toxic
Yes! life is better after Hertz. While I was there, per my RVP I exposed fraud and deception. At the time I was rewarded for it. As soon as my RVP was gone I called in and called out for not being a team player. I was laid off a few months later. In my new job I have better pay, better hours, better benefits and respect. The corruption at Hertz starts at the top. The Hertz Corp deserves everything that happens to it.
