They did whatever layoffs they wanted with the old PMP system. The new “inconsistent” ranking is really something else though.
The PMP is not a great tool to evaluate someone’s work performance because if your manager wants you gone they can write BS and there is no system in place to offer a rebuttal! It’s a huge way to screw you!
They’ll employ new pmp to reward those on corporate welfare.
