You do not want Chubb taking over L & R, ACE leadership ruined the Chubb culture....although there may not be many overlap of capabilities and resource needs, so that may limit layoffs than if a similar company bought it

Chubbs deal with Hartford did not pan out. The Chubb CEO has a familiar last name. I wonder if they would be interested in the L&R piece? Hmmmmmm......
AIG Execs, AIG Board, and Accenture will bleed the company dry over the next few years. Then someone else will buy the company for cheap, the Execs will get their huge payouts and retire. The acquiring company will lay off half of the remaining employees due to redundancies.
Also some of the more senior people that came over from ACC, will get hired back at ACC because of the 100’s of millions that Accenture made off of AIG for billing them at rates 3 to 4 times the price of someone competent
They are getting paid very well.....in fact the outsourcing that is transpiring in IT at AIG is a 'main driver of revenue' for them and they forecast growth in the outsourcing space in their investor call (link below, just search the term 'aig' and you will see where IT is headed). Glad to know that our upper management literally sold us out, and for what (their IT solutions are mediocre at best, the only thing this move is doing is long term damage to the company as the problems that arise from outsourcing are already being felt)

AIG is in the 100M club with Accenture. Even gotta cheer on Accenture intranet. One of the biggest jokes around is how Accenture consultants have more power than AIG management.
If we don't need them let them be sacked as well, not just the working blokes who must TRAIN their Indidn replacements.
For those AIG remaining employees, what will it take before you decide to leave? Because if AIG makes the call then you may leave with a severance but at the price of your dignity.
A guess of $100 million a year?
