Thread regarding Verizon Communications Inc. layoffs

Happy anniversary to me...

A few days ago I "celebrated" three full years with Verizon. Three long, painful years. It was bad when I started and instead of better things kept getting worse. Now my main goal is to find a replacement job before I hit any other major or even minor milestone at this place. No more anniversaries for me.

You can either become a world class butt kisser to advance yourself one tiny notch, or you can get out of there and re think your life choices.
It’s that simple.

You don’t even know at 3 years. You should be happy still, like all those new hires....

Isn't 5 years the vesting period. Hold out for that at least...Don't leave money on the table.
