Has anything improved post Starfish?

“Women’s career trajectories are blunted because they are marginalized and passed over for promotions,” the complaint alleges. “Nike judges women more harshly than men, which means lower salaries, smaller bonuses, and fewer stock options. Women’s complaints to human resources about discrimination, including unequal pay, unequal promotions, and harassment are ignored or mishandled.”

How has Nike handled the Starfish survey? Better behavior or just some higher level promotions for optics?

Do we have legs to stand on when advertising ourselves as champions of female empowerment?

Same O’ sh-t. Men are hired & promoted on potential, women who consistently perform above & beyond go nowhere here. The gender bias is soooo strong here.
