There will be a couple clueless reactions..
Then there will be 5 blaming someone else
Then there will be some "this is part of the plan and we're not worried about it"
Then some number manipulation....
The fact underwriting’s hands are tied and cannot make exceptions on absolutely anything even for loyal customers makes us glorified customer service reps. Allstate has yanked away our ability to try to retain customers.
I can tell you that the way we nickel and dime people and make them jump through hoops to get the ‘reasonable’ coverage and the number of claims I send to underwriting now days it ain’t gonna be pretty!
