On target.
Simply because Ford has systemic cultural issues that lead to “can’t deliver anything on time and without glaring problems”. This applies to vehicles rolling out of plants as well as internal work products and IT.

LL6 have nothing to do but post on this board. Ordinarily, they would be torturing some poor GSR souls in-person at the office. The GSR has found temporary sanctuary in their home (or wherever) due to remote working. The Ford supervisor (compared to cross-town rivals) derives great pleasure from this tyranny so they have found an alternate outlet by posting here.
This is primarily a site for IT folks to complain. Eventually they will complain their way out of employment.
Work from home economy will reduce their ranks as the $5 per week wages become popular with those living in other parts of the world.
Because Ford couldn’t make money in good years and they get weaker everyday with their management and (lack of) strategy. Time the family exits and they sell to VW. No crocodile tears from me.
