So, is the fallout as bad as I have been hearing? Heard FC and CL lost a PILE of personnel, both in Operations and Maintenance.
VERY safe to assume the work environment is going to be worse than it was if that' s possible.

FC was originally AEC and was/is a den of nepotism. You had to be very careful not to step on any toes as you had no idea how someone may be connected. That same AEC bunch dominate the current Cenovus culture. Many of them gone, but the culture remains.
Many promotions were never made on merit. DZ the was catapulted to the top by HC, and at the time it wasn't recognized he was a socio-path. Way too late to fix that mistake now. Is it the same problem with Jon?
CNRL and SU are hiring for specialized skills. Throw them a blind resume.

The field locations are managed by fear and intimidation by inept , corrupt managers. They hire their friends and surround themselves with yes men. Anyone speaks up or questions them is gone. Worst place I have ever worked. Everyone is looking for a better job
