Clearly out STI is being funded low because money is being redirected elsewhere. Perhaps to pay for all the new Cisco elitists?

Got to love employee meetings where employee questions are not answered. Communications s—s! Answer a question, start communicating to your people, we need answers.
The top management doesn't give a sh– about its employee. It's understandable not give 100% STI under difficult, but it's not acceptable not to explain the reason behind it.
STI is supposed to be performance driven. When we clearly beat expectations, 86% is not justified. When we got 25%, it was because we missed expectations. Comparing that 25% to this 86% is not a fair comparison.
86% is not too bad, I remember we got only 25% at legacy WD before acquisition.
A lot of questions were asked about why it is funded at 86% when we beat the expectations. It is disappointing. No one tried to address about the questions from employees.
There are plenty of us working our butts off.
we are blessed getting paid while doing nothing. I'm not complaining about the bonus money
