I am planning to join Chase. How Chase is conducting interviews currently? Are they calling in office for interview or it's over skype?

I wouldn't "plan" on joining Chase if I were you.

I think this would depend on LOB and location. For our group in Chicago, we all work from home right now. So all interviews are done through Zoom.
I have been at JPMC for a little more than two years, personally, I like it.
