Does anyone know when we’ll receive our new pay determination?

take .75 multiply by you base salary multiply by whatever % for your PSG , then take off about 40% for taxes
To mirror @2hgm+19csOOu6 comment. We were informed today that this would be the case to be paid in March's pay run.
We will get the forms to be printed and distributed on Feb 15th. Up to the manager how quick he can deliver the news.
Bonus is paid in the first pay period in March. Therefore, you will know no later than March 4th.
Be thankful you are still employed in the oil industry and not at Whataburger.
