Have you heard anything about March RIFs?

I heard from a friend in Kansas City that they had a RIF involving about 56 people. I believe that may just be on the pharmacy side of the business. I know that the company recently gave out bonuses which seems dumb if the company is losing most. This is evident by the loss of a couple of their larger customers. Why the hell would they give out bonuses one week and turn around and lay people off the next week? Personally, I think Health & Pharmacy in in danger of being sold off or closed altogether.
Not just healthcare
Appears to only be part of the healthcare segment.
Yeah, happening today. There's your answer.
Why ask? Any answer you get is a guess. Time would be better spent updating your resume. Every month you work at SS&C expect it to be the last, consider yourself as a temp employee. Constantly know you will be taking your knowledge and skills to a new employer. Once you do this your stress will wash away.
Hopefully! I just want the misery to end at this point. I’d say I’m probably averaging 60+ hours/week right now the last 2 months.
