There’s no amount of money worth it for them to treat employees with such disrespect! That place is a joke! Good move as I did the same! My self dignity is back!
The day I walked out the door with a package was the best day of my life. I might not be making the money I did but I work for someone now who appreciates me.
Nice way to reward those who built the entire network! Nice, classy way to treat your employees! Put fear in employees eyes on a daily basis like a sweatshop only to continually make mistake after mistake! Run from this careless, clueless company! Corporate greed at its finest!
Ride the spirit of service light! all the guys who built the company are gone all the subject matter experts have left, all the knowledge has moved on, let the new guys run the show, the know what's up, get your resume padded, and leave soon.
