Legacy time

So it now says we can use it for self care or family care but how do we get it to take from that and not pto?

Is there any way to use this without taking a loa and not accumulate points?

this policy is on the front page of the wire. it also differs state to state. does not protect your attendance in va state. hr or manager would enter your time

They will only pay it out if you leave in certain states. Feb. 1st it said you don't have to use pto and ppto to use your legacy time.

My question would be that, since its "live" again... if one were to leave the company for any reason would it be paid out the same as pto and ppto?

I was under the impression that PTO and ppto had to be used first then it would allow you into your legacy time.

It’s probably under the manager's discretion. They would have to finalize it.
