Any word on potential reorg in E&I small business? I fear the worst. Any info would be greatly appreciated. I have a young family, and the tiny severance UHC offers wouldn’t be enough to stay afloat.

On 3/18 the first markets were switched over, Az and Fl. Small business is being broken up. 0-50 is moving to telesales. 51-5000 is going to all be Key Accounts.
small group reps aren't necessary anymore and will move to telesales.
Any other details? Automation possibly?
