DOO’s were like Bigfoot, you knew they were there, but you could never find one.
DOO DOO’s will land back on their feet somewhere, some will become a DRO again, others will be given options. Remember, if they’re given an option at another location the company will actually pay them to move. In a worst case scenario they’ll get the walk of shame, if they have seniority they’ll have to move themselves.
