Salaried employees are supposed to hear what they’re getting for an IC payout today. My leader hasn’t heard anything or if we even hit our “goals” yet, anyone hear anything yet? Good news or bad compared to 2019 or earlier?

We are trending much better than expected so far. Nobody will give you a straight answer until it's official, but I would bet that we get IC this year.
My expectation is the same as last year $0. The fact that nothing is coming out is an indication of what's to come – nothing.
