I have been in this company long enough to have seen and experienced everything. Because of the way this company is managed, I am surprised that the situation in this company is not even worse than it is now. I find it interesting how they try to cover up the real situation in front of the workers, but we are not blind to see that this is a company to run away from.

Ask yourself this question, will they treat me better than the 30+ year veterans they laid off last year?
Oh its bad! The truth is not being cascaded down to the team. They are painting a picture of buisness as usual! When in reality the chaos is real! All these employees are being fooled into sacraficing their livelihood to keep Hertz alive. When the time comes Hertz will show no compassion and kick them to the curb woth nothing to show for it. I have told everyone I know at Hertz if they have not started looking for a new job they better start now! Once the sinking ship goes down its too late to look for a life jacket.
