So true. As a hiring manager at a different company I WOULD NEVER CONSIDER HIRING A PEPSICO EMPLOYEE DIRECTOR LEVEL OR ABOVE WHO HAVE BEEN THERE OVER 2 YEARS. These people are all tainted and a compete cancer for business. The culture and values there have ruined the foundational professionalism and morals.
