Yep, as agents we seen how this c-ap ends. Time and time again we embrace the new products engage in marketing invest in staffing to sell them and Shazam sorry guys we’re done with this. But hey we got this pet insurance you might be able to put your teeth into.No, thank you very much. I’ll ride what I got into the sunset and then see ya s—ers.
I remember in the late 90s when this was introduced to management. They did not want any feedback. We were told this is the vision and move forward. Told it wasn't going to work. Nothing has changed. They still don't want to listen to feedback.

It and most certainly will have a drag on expenses with some undeserving leadership hanging on for another year bump of service and bonuses. What a joke, 20 years ago the SF decision makers ignored true bank experts in stating that insurers should not be bankers. Sf mentality continues that we can do all things including financial services, ie mutual funds, can’t wait for next delay in launching Advisory Funds and 65 licensing. Less than 30% agent engagement, this too will fail miserably.
