IHX turn over rate is the worst in the company. Average span for IHX expert is about 6 month's. Their time will be up soon. Lawsuit action is pending on them.

In home experts. The only channel keeping att port positive. Almost 4,000 strong after 3 years.

Calls into the call centers are down, so know your facts before you post. 30 day call-in rates are the same as retail brick and mortar. People here don’t know the real numbers or facts. Makes me laugh. IHX will continue to grow because without them we would be port negative.
The officer in charge of it is awesome and is a true field operator. Check out the job boards. A lot of expansion growth. From what I hear, retail people are starting to understand this is where the growth is and applying.
We need to shut them down and keep retail union jobs instead. IHX is a fraud and does nothing but fraud.
No, its the profit margin for the reason of expansion in IHX. The over-head is very little and the " results " - whether they are legit or not - are seen much quicker than that of retail. And the fact that they are free to activate who ever they want is what the company wants. IHX does all the ports ? and then customer care takes all the calls from the customers that IHX leaves hangin. The reps over promise and never deliver. Its the same thing every time. Customer calls in and says, " I was having my internet installed and this guy in a white car pulls up and says he can get me all my phones for this much money and he gave me a home phone for free too - but I don't ever use it. "
Ihx does all the ports. If it wasn’t profitable after chargebacks they wouldn’t be adding new director and ism positions? Every channel has attrition. Retail is closing doors, ihx continues to grow.
Not sure what your taking about. I’ve heard nothing but success from IHX. Unlike the BAT team who has 100s of people selling ZERO and getting paid 50-60k salary lol
They’re not door to door. We had that before for in home products and was worse as far the lying and misinformation.
The IHX turn over is breathtaking. Those with the means and smarts depart the IHX s-show ASAP.
Always a new face showing up bright eyed not yet beaten. Those long in the tooth show it after several months.
The amount of fraud activated by IHX is very high in some markets. But the company just looks at the raw numbers - knowing very well that alot of it has no backing behind it.

I came home from work and found that the install had been finished an hour earlier but the IHX guy was still in my house trying to up sell my wife ! I still can't believe we allow sales guys to enter customers homes after the install and sell product ! It reminds me of the vaccum cleaner sales guys that use to go door to door throwing dirt on peoples floors , then demoing the vaccum.
It baffles me we send agents into peoples home during covid
It amazes me that in this day and age, anyone would let a salesman in their own home, but hey, what do I know.
If they can s—er folks in that way, then surely they will.
Seems like an obvious answer. ATT is desperate for gross ads and is in a ton of debt so they created a division to help with both.
IHX is a sign for desperation, they are getting their lunch eaten by Verizon and TMo.
