If Eddie wants to turn this ship around, small format Kmart stores will be the winning success. Competing with Dollar General and Family Dollar would be successful for Kmart in my opinion.

Dollar Tree, Dollar General and Family Dollar have over 30,000 stores across the U.S. They were opening stores for the past 20 years while Kmart was asleep at the wheel. Kmart is over thanks to Ed Lampert.
Oh please. Might as well try to revitalize VCR's, hulahoops, rotary phones, typewriters and fax machines now. Because they are all more relevant than freaking Kmart in 2021 LOL! Let it go, it's over.
This might have been something to consider 5 years ago, its too late now. Eddie doesn't care about returning to profitability. He just raided the company's real estate for his own personal gain.
