I'm sorry to those who feel the need to put up "fluff" posts in an attempt to hide the comments regarding Xerox layoffs. You obviously are still employed by Xerox and it is part of your job to try to improve employee morale and create blinders to potential employees about the harsh realities behind this company and how they treat their employees! The truth should not be hidden! Don't forget, one day you too will be laid off and will be given a sorry package for your loyalty which means nothing to the company. They don't care about their employees like they try to claim to the media.
