How can Hertz keep running with the poor choices it’s making. I just want the end to come. Watching my employees suffer is too much

The ZVP for the Southwest has a long history of promoting unqualified people within their inner circle so no surpise here. Incompetent people elevate other incompetent people so they look good .
I hope the end is near as well. Now they promoted someone else to be my GM (3rd in a year). He was a bad D&T employee, then a bad Manager now GM. SW region is a–. You use to get promoted on your skill set, not anymore.
I think you are going to be disappointed. First reported was the company would run out of cash in the third quarter of 2020. Then it was reported December 2020. Next it was January 2021. Latest report says August 2021.
