It’s coming. Too many levels a couple are going away. That’s a fact. Look how many they hired last may, they’re good and trained by now. Bye bye directors and sr managers.

Hopefully for the better when they run fully automated, y’all can’t start your own engine, put your trash in a bag, and then call someone to bring you a reverser. That’s a real professional.
Hopefully for the better, y'all couldn't fix S#%T. Blown motors, locked Traction Motors No Coolant or oil, and thats coming out of the service track. And you call yourselves professionals Ha Ha. I say give the jobs to REAL Machinist and Electricians.
They won’t work every weekend and holiday for $20/$30 per hour in the heat,rain,sleet, and snow. Maybe they will work for a contractor for half of that with no retirement and even less benefits. New business model, screw over the one’s whom have made you wealthy enough to launch this scheme.
It’s ok, maintain nothing, see how that works out.
What kind of changes? Leadership? Craft going away? Car side? Locomotive side? Engineering? So many questions. Just get it over with already
