NS is going to do what they want , when they want ....... the union won’t do anything about it. Stick it out or quit. That’s the best thing I can say.
Were I am at they are forcing guys on overtime because we don’t have enough people 2nd and 3rd shift
Recalling doesn’t mean much. I’ve seen them recall and turn around and cut the recall people and 20 more.
