I work in the rock hill store our manager is the worst. She is really tight with Tom so nothings ever been done about any complaints.shes had lots of people quit including asm.shrinkage is horrible it's almost like she's trying to close the doors.

Try working in the Western Virginia Market with the Fruit Loop Troll looking RVP we have. He can’t even deem it necessary to speak to anyone in the building except the store manager. The Chip on his shoulder is large and his nose is so high in the air it’s hard to believe he doesn’t get nose bleeds

My daughter applied to belk back in September and they offered her $9.75 an hour, Chick-Fil-A payed her $13.50, Belk is wayyy behind in pay rates (unless your a store manager or higher)
