Just curious on what everyone’s merit increase was. Mine was 1% and I got a 9% bonus.

@1xty+19ttHQ8R, it's not all because of one's direct manager. I was given less than $3000 to divide up between my whole team for merit raises. Not $3K average per person, $3K total for the team. I had no say in that. It was insulting to give hard-working people so small a raise. "I know you k–led yourself working extra hours, etc., but here you go, enjoy an extra cup of coffee." :(
Specific to Merit, grade M and above got nothing
J-K-L could either give 50 percent of their staff around 1.3, or they could share the pain which means about .6-something.
Below J was full raises, but everything was still reduced.
0% increase, $2500 bonus, 32 weeks SUB pay.
no salary increase. 5% bonus
What was Todd's increase? Oh toddy come speak .... release the guilt.
Cashier apparently didn’t activate my Amazon gift card.
Maybe next year
The dumpster fire of 2019 has morphed into a 3 alarm fire. Seriously the place has really gotten worse. Good Luck to everyone there.
I got 1% and meets expectations. I guess they expect me to work 70 hours each and every week.
This company is treating us like garbage - got 0% merit but a $25 gift card to Amazon as a "bonus" - what a joke! Never commented on here but this got me so angry ! Good luck everyone this is a sinking ship. With decision making and tech being years behind it's laughable that they think they will be successful with Bitcoin.
The average across the board was 1%. Absolute garbage. But hey, they had thousands to give mgmt for incentive pay in addition to a merit
0%/9%
I get to keep my Netflix for one more year.
Everyone in my group got 14% back in October. Oh wait, that's how much they increased our standard hours with no increase in compensation.
No merits for.anymore in my group
Bonus 1%
My area received 5% merit for exceeds, 0% for achieved. Never any bonus.
It comes down to your direct manager. Wake up to this. Your working in a terrible organisation. They want people to leave. Wake up to it.
What departments are receiving bonuses?
- 75% increase, 7% bonus. Exceeds expectations
Slightly over 1%. And the bonus? Slightly over 2%...
ZERO POINT ZERO
1%. . . The best part is that receiving less than the standard cost of living year after year has us making less than the starting pay of a new employee.
0% merit - 7% bonus
Zero merit, achieved expectations
Wonder what Todd got????
10 inches
1% merit, no bonus
0
And I was a “high meets”
