The most recent round of layoffs announced in November (only to those being laid off) involve primarily people who don't work the standard 9-5 job, with those jobs going to India. The laid off 4 highly technical admins in my group, so the word that they're laying off non-technical aren't true. The fact that they bragged about employee retention at the same time as laying off employees is just the frosting on the cake.

That’s what happens when you have a CFO and COO who came from HPE, the layoffs and transitioning of technical support to India is right out of the HPE playbook. Anyone with talent at RXT should be looking elsewhere.
