Scheduling

Are we going to be able to keep our same availability and days off when team schedules start?

Ok LOSER. Gravy train will end eventually. You will have no retirement or savings and I’m sure you are living in mommy’s basement. Also have to pay tax on unemployment.

I make more in unemployment and love wiping out your food shelves and produce with food stamps off the backs of your hard labor. Keep up the good work fools!!!!

That’s how I saw it; they needed me more than I needed them. FACT!

I was looking for a job when I found this one. Jobs are plentiful. Their loss. Not mine.

Well if Walmart wants to loose more of their work force they can they are already at bare minimum running skeleton shifts. People have their times they can work their life isn’t Walmart 24/7 and plenty of other jobs out there

2% because they gave such huge raises to some the ones who didn’t need to pay for the pay hikes of the ones who did. Walmart is a terrible company!

It's a way for the company to say you choose your hours we didn't force you into part-time and you lose benefits. You work as scheduled or you will lose out.

Will we be out to part time if we don’t agree to this new scheduling? Which we should be given unemployment it’s BS Walmart will force people to work shifts they are not available for. When you are hired you filled out an availability form was good for all these years but all of a sudden not good enough. Just a way to force people out the door.

Yes some get 2% raises where other depts get moved to 15. Now Ogp and stockers moving up which is good for them but the front end always gets forgotten about. We deal the most with the customers and it has been so bad with one cashier until 10:30 daily long lines because people refuse to use the self check outs it’s been miserable. Not fair that front end and customer service doesn’t move up in pay. Walmart is just such a horrible place anymore they don’t value long time employees you are just a number but they will give new people more than people that have been there 10 plus years.

It's definitely unfair that's why I left. On top of 2% raises, so many reasons why I left. But hey if you can hang on...

They are pushing for open availability. Those are the employees that will get the most hours.

Well it’s really unfair because people have certain availability for a reason.
