Over the past few months, I’ve been enormously stressed because poor management is so obvious, you don’t have to be an expert to recognize it. It’s hard to watch a company sink deeper and deeper and as an employee have absolutely no control over it. I've wasted a lot of energy worrying about this but at this point I really don't care anymore. I came to realize that we should stop worrying what the future holds for Fossil and instead focus on how to get out of here as soon as possible.

alot of other companies are hiring right now. start applying and get ahead of the next round of lay offs.
