Still wondering if Disney could have waited a little longer with layoffs right in the midst of a pandemic? Correct me if I am wrong, but I think it could have. Corporate greed did not allow itself to lose a single cent more than it had to, and at the same time showed that their most loyal workers, who once subordinated their private lives to this company, meant absolutely nothing to them.
Disney has treated over 30,000 with the greatest of disrespect during Covid, and that includes the many coordinators and managers that made unjust decisions in who to call-back. Shame on Disney (but I get "business" decisions), so especially shame on "HR" and the broad, diverse decisions you made and our leaders for not bringing back some of the best.
