There’s a lot of talk here about raise, and I’d be very happy to give up raise for at least a little better atmosphere. Some may tell me that a good atmosphere doesn’t pay the bills, but these people forget that our health is priceless. We live in very stressful times, of course, the pandemic has stirred and disrupted many things, but everything would be easier if some managers did not create stress every day where it is not really needed. More than ever I think they are just passing their private frustrations onto us.

At my club we have a membership representative! “ Marketing Manager” which is the only club having this wasted payroll! Any ways this lady give stress, harassing everyone in the front end, and the club manager doesn’t do anything about it! Horribly environment!
