So new structure is in. Top 500 companies are the go to model. Then there’s the strategic accounts. Then there business partner accounts. Do you see this working? Personally I think it’s another cluster f***. Lets remove client exec. Client architect etc and key focus accounts and have people focus on areas but key people are not allowed to get involved even if you are the only person with the k–l skills.
In June I think they will remove another 10k people due to there incompetence

We’re going to really regret getting rid of client execs in segment 2 accounts. This was a pure cost cutting move that’s already making our accounts a mess. The senior management is so distanced from the day to day they don’t see the implications of these decisions that look great on PowerPoint
Ummm what makes you think those roles aren’t involved in the accounts anymore ?
It is just another change that is disrupting everything... and by the time things settles down, they will make more changes... vicious circle of non-sense...
