Not surprising. They are always getting sued or in legal battles with hospital systems, medical groups, pharmacy groups etc.

There should be a lawsuit against the company for harassing very sick employees suffering from Covid-19!!!!! Unbelievable what they pulled!

If a lawsuit is filed then you can follow it via the web. You can search the name of the company or if you have the name of the former employee. There are numerous sites that will show what’s being filed and the outcome if it goes to trial. We followed one from my former department. It was quite interesting how they moved people around the organization when that persons name was mentioned in court docs. All fun and games for the outside legal firm. However, the plaintiff will not win. UHG will do whatever it takes for the verdict to go in their favor. Employees that are named as potential witnesses will be threatened, harassed and given an unbearable work load in hopes they will leave or put in a position for termination. Move on people.

Nothing will happen thats good for the employees with discrimination claims against UHG. UHG will hire outside council to defend the company and then the games begin. Liar and cheats. Move on and write a memoir about your experiences. Or start a blog. Of course don’t mention UHG. I had to speak to an outside law firm regarding a former employee lawsuit. Only told them fact which the HR department could have told them and the next day had the VP hold his fist up to my face. They defended this immoral creep. The games had begun. Finally was termed/laid off at a later date. Good riddance.

All you people giving a negative reaction to the hard truths, get the H out of here! If you don’t like the hard truth, it’s clear you’re an employee drinking the kool-aid and one of those fools on conference calls that’s a “yes sir” and has no true voice. This company has a ton of dirty laundry and your support indicates your complicit
