Is there any information about layoffs in March?
I am under so much stress that I no longer have any motivation to work, and the pressure is so great that I would rather resign immediately just so I don't have to go through all this uncertainty.

Indeed worst is to come at AIG the few people remaining in country will have to be courageous
To the person that indicated AIG 200 will save a billion over 3 years....is right, except 90% of it will be through people reduction and not 60%. Only so much you can save with paying less for paper or reducing paper....
I'm ghosting this guy who probably will take my job. Indian dude of course, because we're so diverse, right? Not many women at all, though.
I guess we don't care how woke our providers are, as long as we can parrot the slogans. With a token Diversity hire thrown in for good measure.
Don't forget about moving people over to Accenture. I am seeing more and more Accenture tag lines (greater than logo) on emails now. Just a matter of time before all of IT is gone over to >
AIG200 has committed to $1b in savings over 3 years - $300m / $300m / $400m.
Roughly 60% of that number will come from people.
It’s only just begun.
This question has been asked every Qtr since 2008 crisis.. the Answer is the same. “Yes” more RIFs are coming.
During the BD and PZ era, it’s been even worse. So expect more chops to come in the near future. If the Restructuring program is still around (yes, it is)..then there will be more RIFs. Simple as that.
not till every single position that can be moved over seas, moves over seas.
