I'm all for it I'm a closer and I'm sick and God damn tired of people making a massive mess and leaving it for the closers to clean up.
The home office lackeys have to come up with at least one stupid idea a year to make themselves look important and keep their job. As long as it's a way to screw the employees they get to hang on for another year. They now have to find a way to recoup the covid bonuses they had to give out. The shareholders are demanding this.

only part time close the shop till 6, the team lead also closes some nights. starts march 13th.
Are you implying that only part timers will be stocking before and after we close? Or is this for front-end?
When are these changes going into effect
yes all full time work 8 to 430 set days off
part time only 5 hour shifts only close.
shop hours 8 to 6
team lead gets the shaft and has a set rotation schedule mixed closing shifts and a set of 8 out of 9 days worked.
Ours went to
Full time = 8am - 4:30pm
Part time = close (not sure of exact hours)
