a) If you plan to leave Cenovus when jobs come back, please like this post.
b) If you plan to stay and take it, and take it again, please dislike this post.
I will then extrapolate this polling result over 6,000 employees and inform CLT of the disastrous wave that will hit them when jobs return (I for one will remember these days when jobs return).
Morale was already down at the Cenovus field sites, orchestrated by the EVP who quit school in grade 9 and somehow “talked” his way into a company management position. No one in the investment houses asks why these problems exist at Cenovus, but DZ is nothing more than a school dropout who BS’d his way in a job level he has zero ability to do. He’s a con artist who should be selling used taxi’s. all of the people he has hired are just like him, and it shows. This company will fail, as they could never find a CEO who can fix the problems they have.
Is this all part of the attrition plan, much cheaper than packages?
CNRL did something similar post Horizon, they made it very unattractive for people to work, either move to site or leave. You could commute to site but it was on your own dime, k–ling moral worked good at getting the head count down.
